What You Will Do

You will be a full stack developer supporting our data solutions products, specifically, our HealthEMS suite of products. These products simplify documentation for our EMS customers to improve care and their operations by offering an intuitive, user-friendly interface combined with powerful processing capabilities and cloud-based connectivity to help our customers improve patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational and financial performance. You will plan, design, develop and test software systems and applications for software enhancements and new products.  You will help lead the development and test teams to create and maintain software solutions, product design history files and overall project management and development support.

You Will Also

  • Provide software engineering leadership during product development to ensure that the quality system and software requirements are met effectively and are maintained appropriately.
  • Collaborate with team members and other functional departments to create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
  • Set and continually manage program expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Accountable for meeting project scope, and milestones.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field
  • Experience with Web development using JavaScript, and significant server and database development experience.
  • Experience in JavaScript, Java, .NET, SQL Server
  • 8+ years of industry experience.

What We Would Love That You Have (Preferred)

  • Proven track record of team and project leadership
  • UI/UX and design experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of development of regulated software within a quality system
  • Records management and good record keeping practices
  • Good understanding of Software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills (written as well as verbal)
  • Self motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented
  • Able to persevere under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in a regulated industry

  • May require minimal (<10%) domestic and international travel
