What you will do

Facilitate the process to manage and measure the portfolio of projects related to New Product Development, Technology Development, M&A, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement.  Ensure the health of programs in the active pipeline through the implementation of resource management practices and establishment of effective communication channels between functional departments.  Assist with pipeline management and project prioritization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific, business, technical, or other appropriate field. Prefer PMP® certification.
  • 5+ years experience in a project management or administrative PMO role
  • Experience in a regulated design environment, preferably relevant medical device, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or International Organization for Standardization (ISO) regulated work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing key project metrics and indicators to communicate progress/status to key stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to develop Key Performance Indicators and a reporting system that meets business needs and allows for informed decision making
  • Advanced knowledge of project and resource management software
