What you will do

Responsible of Medical Education support for the country/division and all the processes related. Understands Market dynamics, gets aligned with local organization and Commercial requirements to plan according to them. Coordinates each event with internal and external customers executing all documental and digital requirements, regarding Compliance and others. Builds a relationship with local KOL, Consultants and relevant HCP’s to help achieve Commercial/Strategic objectives. 
•    Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with national laws and regulations, as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Stryker Code of Conduct, in accordance with the Company's high ethical standards.
•    Gathering, preparation and filing of the required Compliance documents for Medical Courses.
•    Preparation, drafting and filing of Compliance documents required for registration for Congresses and shows
•    Providing support to Compliance Management during internal and external auditing.
•    Drafting and updating of “Needs Assessments”.

2.-Marketing & Events
•    Plan Stryker product trainings by coordinating location, registration, catering, lodging, etc.
•    Communicate with regional marketing managers, marketing associates, regional sales managers, sales force, cross divisional partners, compliance, and distribution team to plan and execute medical education events
•    Collaborate with Medical Education and Marketing teams to determine required products and logistics for medical education events
•    Coordinate scheduling, servicing, testing, packing, shipment and return of equipment for medical educational events
•    Maintain equipment inventory in alignment with budget and business needs
•    Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reports by providing metrics related to medical education events; monitor spend and contribute budget reporting
•    Develop and foster relationships with customers through professional and timely communication (verbal and written)
•    Assist with medical education projects as needed – marketing, branding, training needs.
•    Support business during product launches, sales training, marketing events, customer visits, etc.
•    Organization of local congresses, training and meetings, Compliance approval, and management of stands hiring and assembly
•    Preparation and gathering of required documents for approval and extension of Consultant Physicians contracts. 
•    Coordination of logistics and travel arrangements for surgeons attending courses and surgical observation trainings within the country and abroad. 
•    Participation in the planning and development of the Annual Hip, Knee, Trauma Courses (budgeting, booking, transportation, rooms and equipments, tickets booking, drafting of attendance certificates, attendee list, brochures, etc.) 
•    Marketing Budget administration.
•    Entry of annual data for the CCD, as well as its updating during the year.
•    Coordination and drafting of brochures for all the lines.
•    Management and coordination of travel agencies (tickets booking for employees and HCP)
•    Coordination and organization of Stryker internal events (Sales Meeting, LALT Meeting, etc)
•    Preparation of support documentation for consultant payments.
•    Manage stock of marketing material (Sales brochures,etc)

What you need

•    Bachelor’s Degree Required
•    3 years of experience in event planning, medical device, marketing, related field is preferred
•    Ability to work with a team and resolve problems using independent judgment
•    Fundamental computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
•    Preferred experience in a customer facing role; i.e. customer service, sales, account management, previous med device, etc.

    •    Fluency in Spanish Knowledge and English
