Job Description: Manage marketing communications for Joint Replacement power brands in partnership with brand management team in order to achieve business and product objectives including creative messaging and campaigns through various communication channels to various stakeholder audiences including: Advertising, Promotions, Digital, Meeting Experiences and Industry Conference.​

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with divisional leadership team to assure alignment with communication approach and tactics.
  • Manage design and execution of product communication plans and projects that support the brand strategies and plans.
  • Develop compelling messaging and associated collateral to support the brand and business strategy.
  • Deliver urgent and business critical communications as appropriate in a timely manner with high quality.
  • Partner with brand management team to align brand communication strategies and plans with business and cross-divisional messages as necessary.
  • Align with communication and Corporate brand standards to ensure consistent, look, feel and voice.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in communications, marketing or related field. Prior medical device / healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in decision making and influencing diverse, cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated communications skills, including product messaging, writing, editing, verbal (interpersonal) and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical and clinical materials into succinct claims and audience appropriate content to support product promotional strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand audience segmentation and communicate effectively with all constituents including the internal sales and surgeon/HCP audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-profile projects within defined deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budget for communications projects in support of business.
