What You will Do

As the Total Rewards Manager for Asia Pacific, you will provide support and expertise to the business by managing day to day compensation and benefits activities for the APAC region. While supporting the APAC Rewards Leader, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, International and US compensation teams, and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive reward processes and systems in line with the company’s Total Rewards philosophy, strategy and policies. You will play an integral role in our annual compensation review cycle, while taking on projects around C&B Communication, Job benchmarking, Variable Plan reviews, Training, Technology enhancements, and process improvements. This growth opportunity will be part of continuing to build out the total rewards function in APAC in a dynamic environment, and the ideal candidate should thrive in working on complex challenges with a diverse set of stakeholders.


What You Need

  • 6+ years of total HR experience (8+ years preferred), and a minimum of 4-5 years in Regional compensation/benefits domain required
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, HR, or related field) and Master’s degree preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of contemporary human resources trends and the ability to network, strong business acumen and excellent project and change management skills
  • Good knowledge of compensation and benefits basic principles and practices
  • Ability to lead, influence and motivate others
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret information for deriving useful and actionable insights
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment
  • Must thrive when working on complex challenges, identifying and implementing solutions
  • Proven experience managing and influencing remote teams with a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to package information in clear, concise executive level ready format
  • Preferred candidates will have a mix of consulting and corporate C&B experience
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to influence people at all levels of the organization

Prior Experience in the following areas will be preferred:

  • Sales incentive design reviews
  • Workday system experience and knowledge
  • Variable bonus review and harmonization project work

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 20%
