Job Description: The Manager, ProCare Client Services manages and appraises the implementation and execution of ProCare Contracts (annual budgeting, lead generation, contract closure), CRM systems and processes.  Manages the ProCare Client Specialist and ProCare Contract Coordinator team members.  Will act as a business partner to regional managers and sales leaders to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support by taking primary responsibility for development and completion of Sales Measurement Metrics.
  • Provide support to Sales Management in the analysis and development of sales strategies relating to ProCare. 
  • Own ProCare contracts processes and be responsible for driving and implementing process improvements.  
  • Provide support to ProCare Marketing in the analysis and development of all pricing related measurements, reports and routine deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and suggestions to Sales and Finance leadership on areas to improve ProCare performance
  • Provide input and support decision making with pricing policy and contracts with end customers to ensure a consistent pricing methodology throughout the division.
  • Responsible for strategic level sales improvement analysis such as: lead generation, contract closure, optimization of budgeted opportunity by geography, and maximizing revenue and margin opportunities.
  • Acts as primary liaison with Divisional Business Units, Finance, Flex Financial, and Customer service on all Pricing, Sales and data management matters.
  • Responsible for developing a strategy and long-term monitoring of ProCare Sales performance.
  • Manage team of professionals executing ProCare contract lead generation, renewals, and contract closure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading and managing professional level employees required

  • B.B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum or equivalent industry experience required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams with complex duties

  • Experience in Revenue Generation at scale

  • Experience managing fiscal budgets

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com

  • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives

  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills

  • Customer service oriented

  • Enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment and coping with uncertainty

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and electronic

  • Creative problem-solving under pressure

  • Ability to lead through motivation
