What you will do

This role will lead a strong multi-site team that manages Master Data and QMS linkages across multiple sites (New Jersey, Ft. Lauderdale, Gurgon, India, and Elstree, UK) for the Joint Replacement Division.  Opportunities include developing cross training strategies across multiple ERP and PLM systems as well as improving existing manual processes.  In 2020, the team will be engaged in implementing new ERPs (SAP) and PLM (Sapphire) systems and finding ways to leverage these new systems while ensuring minimal business disruption.

People leadership – Day to day

•        Coach team and individuals to learn and grow through projects (some remote communications)

•        Monitor project progress to deliver internal projects

•        Coordinate with key partners to address issues and opportunities

Systems – Day to day

•        Ensure team processes maintain service levels

•        Monitor global project development to anticipate what skills and data enrichment the Joint Replacement required to minimize business disruption

•        Identify system requirements and facilitate manual project migration to electronic solutions.  Influence required to system process owners.

What you need

•        BS in a science, engineering or related Advanced degree preferred.

•        Minimum of 9 years’ experience in Medical Device or other regulated industry preferred.

•        Master's Degree or equivalent preferred.
