  • Must have bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relative experience in logistics coordination and/or supply chain management.
  • Must be able to communicate primarily in English, bilingual preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational and business skills.
  • Must have strong proficiency in MS software (Word, Exc3el, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Coordinates movement of product from Stryker warehouse and 3rd party warehouses with all 3PL companies.
  • This role is required to work with all freight forwarding companies to ensure bills are reviewed and paid on time.
  • The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
  • Ad Hoc system investigation and reporting necessary.
  • Manages all aspects of shipping documentation: creation of shipment authorization paperwork, verification of packing slips, coordination of 3PL partners on the creation of freight and customs documentation.
  • Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
  • Manages additional projects or responsibilities as required.
