The regional learning and development delivery specialist leads the facilitation and deployment of learning and development solutions from the Stryker core curriculum.

This position holder is a member of the Regional Learning Delivery Team and will work closely with the Country / Geography Learning and Development Managers and HR colleagues to deliver learning and development solutions to the right learner at the right time.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Work with Line Manager to lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development solutions from the Stryker core curriculum to the country / assigned geography.
    • Supporting the aligned regional learning and development needs by delivering, implementing, promoting and evaluating courses, programs and academies.
    • Conduct needs analysis with local leaders to determine the right learning solutions.
    • Manage course communication, enrollment, and facilitator assignments
    • Conduct / facilitate core learning and development programs
  • Partner with Line Manager to improve Stryker’s developmental offering / roadmap, online platform and content based on stakeholder feedback
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on delivery of development programs.
  • Partner with HR leaders to assess development needs, source solutions, collect feedback and evolve program offerings.
  • Provide meaningful metrics and data to demonstrate the value of programs and support ongoing enhancements.

Education & special trainings:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university required. 
  • Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Qualifications & experience:

Minimum of 6+ years professional experience in the areas of human resources, organization development, training and development, and/or talent management in a team-based environment. 

  • Experience with learning & development tools, management skill programs, and processes.
  • Experience with program facilitation
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building strong and influential relationships at all levels within an organization; problem solving and proactive service orientation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to package information in clear, concise executive level ready format
  • Proven ability to drive programs, and meet deliverables in a complex environment
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Master of using office software (PPT, excel, word etc.)
