Supporting Neurovascular, a fast-growing division, the Lead Commercial Operation Analyst will develop price models and measure actual performance, partner with the marketing teams to reinforce the data mining/analytical need and help on developing program and ROI trackers, actively participate to the development of IT tools such as the CRM (Sales Force) and sales dashboard. Reporting to the Director Finance & Sales Operations EMEA, the Lead Commercial Operation Analyst will coordinate and deliver commercial and financial insights with a primary focus on sales trends, sales performance and profitability for the EMEA region ​.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust pricing controls and reporting tools at country and product levels, actively participating in the elaboration of any new product launch price assessment
  • Act as regional coordinator for the implementation of the TOM CRM solution, ensuring NV specific needs are reflected, Commercial and Marketing teams trained to drive successful adoption
  • Pro-actively liaise with all relevant NV stakeholders (Division, Region, Countries) in all CRM related-matters, ensuring full alignment on deliverables
  • Design, adapt and produce sales performance dashboards for the Region
  • Distribute monthly sales & margin reports comparing actual, projection & budget
  • Contribute to the preparation of the countries quarterly business reviews with a focus on customers’ ordering patterns and behavior, including new product launches execution
  • Setup, review and further adapt the product launch trackers in coordination with the Regional Marketing teams
  • Establish marketing programs performance metrics in collaboration with Regional Marketing and Sr. Business Finance Manager EMEA
  • Assist the Country Marketing teams during the market model exercise through data gathering activities, analysis and modelling to support the Strategic Plan
  • Establish and regularly revisit a customer segmentation methodology in coordination with the Regional Sales & Marketing teams and the Divisional Strategic Planning function
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the existing IT tools (Lynx) and participate to the project of any new implementation/system upgrade
  • Maintenance of the customers’ data base which support the sales analysis tools, ensuring customers’ mapping to NV sales hierarchy
  • Perform inventory analysis, with a focus on consignment management and its optimization
  • Support recurring sales model and profitability reviews of the EEMEA Indirect Channels organization, working closely with the Sr. Business Finance Manager EMEA

Experience:

  • experience in sales/commercial operations function, developed skills in analysing data to provide insights
  • International & preferably matrixed companies
  • Experience in pricing modelling
  • Knowledge in inventory management & optimization preferably
  • Project management experience would be desirable
  • Strong communication skills, able to take the complex and simplify the message
  • Strategic and analytical strengths
  • Experienced in using CRM tools, preferably salesforce.com
  • Power BI
