ERP Process Lead, EDI and Quote to Order in Upper Saddle River, NJ bei Stryker Corporation

The ERP Process Lead for EDI and Quote to Order will lead the design of a new global EDI and Quote to Order sub-process in the Order to Cash Workstream.  This ERP Process Lead will represent Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies for EDI, Quote to Order and sales force effectiveness platform integration.

The ERP Process Lead will be responsible for the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables in EDI and Quote to Order.  This Lead will engage divisional and functional SMEs to provide input and participate in project activities, lead all testing and defect resolution activities in coordination with the testing team and system integration partners, and partner with Training and Change Management Leads to participate in proper documentation and business communication for GDI and Order to Cash.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of project activities within their Workstream, execute to the created team deliverables.
  • Drive adoption of to-be business process to align with ERP capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies.
  • Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key project activities.
  • Support a cross-divisional effort to establish a single process and communication stream between Stryker and their EDI vendors and customers.
  • Coordinate all relevant vendors (i.e. GHX) and internal partners(i.e. Commercial Excellence and Smart Equipment Management) for successful testing of EDI, Quote to Order and Sales Force Integration End-to End and Stand Alone scenarios.
  • Organize and lead the EDI Sub-Team of cross-workstream, business, IS, and external resources to prepare for launch, support deployment, and troubleshoot ongoing issues.
  • Map major business sub-processes to solution, identifying major change impacts, working closely with the systems integrator and Stryker’s Global Information Systems (IS).
  • Works closely with systems integrator and relevant vendors to provides “hands on” input into the configuration of the system.
  • Coordinate with Sales Force Effectiveness programs complimentary to the SAP ERP platform to ensure accurate integration of order management information inclusive of inbound and outbound communication.
  • Support and execute data cleansing, migration and conversion activities to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data Support the creation and delivery of training content.
  • Drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all divisions and geographies allowing minor configurations (as necessary) with no customizations.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • BS, BA in Business Administration, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in relevant process areas. 
  • Strong knowledge in relevant sub-processes.
  • Prior experience as a team member on a ERP, major business-system, or large-scale transformational programs desired.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple divisions and regions, with demonstrated strong influence skills with ability to build consensus and drive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications.
