What You will Do:

You will improve the quality of our patients’ lives every day you come to work!!

Every day in this role is very different!

You will be taking calls, answering queries, logging cases, replying to emails etc from a wide range of stakeholders including hospital employees, engineers, sales reps and & external stakeholders.

Using your excellent customer service and interpersonal skills you will provide a high quality level of customer service ensuring Stryker’s patients receive their treatment and service in a timely and high quality manner

The team work on a rotating shift pattern (8.30am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5pm and 9.30am to 5.30pm)

What You Need:

  • A Levels or higher
  • Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments.
  • Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment.
  • Must have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising and organising workload.
  • Problem solving skills and a great telephone manner are also vital to this role.
