Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of key integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications initiatives. The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail, knowledge of marketing best practices, and familiarity with Pardot or comparable customer relationship management tool. They will possess a stellar command of written and spoken English, strong project management skills, and execute holistically and orchestrate many moving parts. Experience within medical devices is highly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the review process for all communications materials.
  • Manage PO creation for all communications projects and programs.
  • Monitor stock levels of all print collateral at print house; initiate reorders as needed.
  • Responsible for tactical execution of awareness generation and nurture campaigns, including pull through to sales via Pardot, Engage, and salesforce.com.
  • Maintain data integrity for internal marketing list of 4k+ HCP contacts.
  • Develop, test and refine our marketing mix for ongoing improvement.
  • Build and manage campaign timeline and execution plans including campaign and project briefs and communicate plans and results to organization.
  • Project manage and code email communications.
  • Own site maintenance and SEO execution for patient facing web properties (Latera.com & SinusSurgeryOptions.com).
  • Maintain budget for communications programs.
  • Work closely with training, event and brand teams to project manage creation of tools and resources as needed.
  • Own tactical execution of key internal communication initiatives, including weekly internal newsletter.
  • Share data and analytics from areas of responsibility within marketing and across the organization to improve company effectiveness.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required
  • Familiarity with Pardot highly desired
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in executing marketing campaigns in medical device or healthcare or in agency capacity preferred
  • Strong understanding of key program analytics with a strong ability to share insight and learning
  • Superior command of written and spoken English; the ability to write original content.  Understands the complexities and requirements of writing in a medical device environment
  • Basic knowledge of html
